Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer / Senior Technical Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions and related technology components.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo development and strong technical expertise to deliver high-quality ERP solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Perform end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP, including module configuration, workflow development, and third-party integration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo modules and features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to enhance business processes.
• Maintain and enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with Odoo features and updates to leverage the latest functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Proficiency in Python programming and understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Strong expertise in Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Experience with PostgreSQL database and server-side programming.
• Solid understanding of Web Services (REST/SOAP) and API integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); fluency in Arabic or French is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile application development is a plus.
• Prior experience with ERP implementation projects is highly desirable.

Requirements

We are seeking an entry-level Technical Consultant that will be responsible for software development and customizing ERP Solutions (Oracle JD Edwards and Odoo) and related technology components.

This role is open to fresh graduates with strong IT background and experienced candidates with one to three years of experience.

• BS from an accredited university with a focus in Computer Sciences
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming logic and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written), French is a plus
